No, appointments are confirmed through an appointment confirmation service run by the phone company that collaborates with our Hospital, i.e. 14741.
You should come approximately 40 minutes before your appointment. You need to keep in mind, however, that the soonest we can issue a referral is one (1) hour before the appointment.

The examination results can be obtained from the Citizens' Service Office either by the patient himself or by his/her authorized representative. In case there are examinations that are not covered by your insurance institution, you will have to pay the relevant cost.
If the doctor who examined you when you visited the Emergency Department has recommended that you take a sick leave, they will give you a "Recommendation for a Sick Leave" form, which will state the number of sick leave days. You should deliver this form to your insurance institution.
