STRUCTURE OF THE FINANCE DIRECTORATE

The Finance Directorate consists of the following divisions:

1. Accounting and Payroll Division
2. Available Amounts Management Division
3. Costing and Credit Policy Division
4. Planning and Budget Division

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCE DIRECTORATE:

1.ACCOUNTING AND PAYROLL DIVISION

It is responsible for:

1. • Monitoring of the reserve stock of consumables and pharmaceuticals
   • Ensuring compliance with the tax legislation and the accounts of general accounting. - Planning of payments.
   • Monitoring of fixed assets and amortizations
   • Payment of employees
   • Planning and the implementation of all kinds of procurements Tendering procedures

2. AVAILABLE AMOUNTS MANAGEMENT DIVISION

It is responsible for:

1. • Managing the hospital's money - cash liquidity - payments - receipts
   • Communicating with the banks and supplier

3. COSTING AND CREDIT POLICY DIVISION

It is responsible for:

1. • Costing of all services offered by the hospital
   • Operating repositories, issuing orders, receipt and internal distribution of materials
   • Monitoring income.
   • Keeping of services and clients records

4. PLANNING AND BUDGETING DIVISION

It is responsible for:

1. • Drafting the annual budget, balance sheet, report
   • Processing all the statistical data of the hospital
