General observations

• The duration of stay of relatives and friends in patient rooms should be short and the presence of children should be avoided.
• The stay of visitors and companions outside visiting hours is prohibited, unless special reasons mandate this prolonged stay, in which case a written special permit is required.
• Our nursing staff is highly trained to provide care, so the stay of relatives or "private" nurses is prohibited.
• Silence is and should be the main characteristic of every hospital.
• Keeping food in rooms is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to use mobile phones, watch television and listen to radio at high volumes inside the clinics without headsets.
• Both patients and companions must keep all areas clean. Sitting on beds, eating and keeping flowers inside rooms is prohibited.
